What it actually does

Demandforce is still Demandforce on demandforce.com. Contracting name Demandforce, Inc. Parent is MH Sub I, LLC dba Internet Brands, El Segundo. Founded 2003 in San Francisco. Intuit bought it in 2012. Internet Brands bought it from Intuit in 2016. Henry Schein One took the dental go-to-market in 2018. HS1’s 2026 /products/demandforce URL now serves Patient Engage, not this SKU. Do not write Demandforce, now Web.com. Do not write Demandforce, now Dentrix.

It is a quote-only patient and client comms suite: PMS-synced recall, reminders, two-way text, and reputation. That is the product. ListingPro / Match and Lock is a named listings SKU with no public dollar, so there is no local-seo tag. AI Receptionist is named on the homepage and Phone pages with no public dollar, so there is no ai-receptionists tag. Missed Call Text is a Phone feature, not a priced SKU. No chatbot. Practice websites are iMatrix, quote-only.

Live integrations wall includes Mindbody. Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Jobber, Housecall Pro, and Clio are not on it. Dental customers may still be billed through Henry Schein. That is billing, not a Dentrix-native phone.

Who should buy it

Buy it only if you already run a supported appointment PMS (vet, salon/spa, medical, auto) and sales quoted recall plus reviews as one IB bundle. Salon is the least-wrong MainStreetAI case if Mindbody or Meevo is already in the shop.

Do not buy it if you are a plumber, HVAC shop, or law firm. No Jobber, Housecall Pro, or Clio. Do not buy it if you are a dentist who needed a phone. Weave is $199 with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and Open Dental native. Do not buy it if you only wanted Google stars. NiceJob is $75. Podium and Birdeye are the other Custom suites.

The reason not to buy is the paper, then the meter. Live pricing August 25, 2026: Custom. Demo form, $100 gift card if the owner sits the call. Help: 60-day opt-out is billed monthly from day one. Miss the window and you owe the full term. ToS dated June 13, 2023, still served: 12-month initial term, auto-renews another 12 if signed on or after March 1, 2023, written cancel at least 30 days before term end, no refunds, JAMS in Los Angeles County, class waiver, California law, $2,500 fee if you file in the wrong court. $299 is setup for PMS sync, not a monthly plan. Directories still print $199 to $600 a month. Stale. Do not use them.

BBB live: A-minus, not accredited, two complaints in three years. July 2024 unanswered cancel-until-paid. April 2025 answered: onboarding, 60-day window, one-year contract. Same story on Trustpilot (n=2). Capterra value is 3.27.
