What it actually does
Grade.us is Grade US, LLC, Bellevue, still dba Traject on paper dated November 7, 2022. Still live at grade.us. Login at grade.us/signin still returns 200. Insight Integrity Group bought Grade.us and GatherUp on December 3, 2025. Same CEO, Michael Yules. Separate site, separate login, separate help. GatherUp was GetFiveStars. Grade.us was never GatherUp. Do not write that it was.
The product is a white-label review funnel for agencies: email and SMS asks, monitoring, in-dashboard Google and Facebook replies, widgets, reports you can mark up. Homepage still says the review management platform for marketing agencies. There are no AI review replies on Grade.us pages. That is GatherUp SmartReply. There is no Listings Hub. The listings page is a Whitespark partnership with promo code TRAJECT, not a directory-sync SKU. No missed-call text-back. No receptionist. No chatbot. No Jobber, Housecall Pro, Dentrix, Mindbody, or Clio. Zapier only.

Who should buy it
Buy it only if you already resell Grade.us and you are not ready to move. Keep the current login. The Insight Integrity note was keep using your current platform.
Do not buy it if you are a plumber, dentist, salon, HVAC shop, or law firm. NiceJob is $75 and talks to Jobber. If you wanted this family, GatherUp Small Business is the 2026 SKU: AI replies, optional Listings Hub at $40, Review Defense. Do not buy Grade.us as Podium or Birdeye.
The reason not to buy is you would pay GatherUp money for a thinner stack, on older paper. Live plans page, rebuilt May 4, 2026: Small Business $99 a month on the yearly toggle, $124 month-to-month. Same pair as GatherUp. Multi-location bands match GatherUp. Agency card is Custom. Calculator still prints $40 a seat and $400-plus a month at 10-plus seats. White Label Premium $440 a year, non-refundable. Directories and GetApp still print Traject Solo $110 / Pro $60 a seat / Partner $2,500. Stale. Do not use them.

Capterra, GetApp, and Software Advice 4.8 from 244 (one Gartner pool, live HTML August 20, 2026). Ease 4.7, value 4.6, support 4.8. Mix is 44 percent marketing and advertising. Newest Capterra body retrieved is November 17, 2022. Listing also mixes Reputology and Reputation Loop. G2 about 4.6 from 143 (indexed; live DataDome 403). TrustRadius 8.9 from 5, four written, all incentivized August 2020 agencies. Reddit: none retrieved. No named plumber, dentist, salon, HVAC, or law-firm owner reviews.
