What it actually does
Whitespark Inc., Edmonton. Still live. Darren Shaw is still president. The site is whitespark.ca. whitespark.com returned 500 on August 25, 2026. Public pages are USD.
It is not one platform. Software is sold a la carte. Local Citation Finder finds directories; it does not submit them. Listings Service is humans: audit, cleanup, new citations. You get usernames and passwords. You keep the listings. That is the opposite of Moz Local and Yext. Rank Tracker and Ranking Grids are separate. Local Platform is a GBP editor at $1 per location per month, billed annually. Reputation Builder is a real review-request SKU at $79 per location per month. Link Prospector is a 404. There is no phone, no missed-call text-back, no chatbot. No Jobber, Housecall Pro, Dentrix, Mindbody, or Clio.
Who should buy it
Buy Listings Service Premium at $399 once (USD, per location) if your NAP is a mess and you will wait. Comprehensive is $599. Ultimate is $999. Custom starts at $20-plus. Data Aggregator is $99, US only. Yext Replacement is $399, US only, then $139 a location if you need updates. Listings Service updates are $2 a listing. Volume discounts start at 5 percent over $1,000.
Buy Citation Finder Small Business at $33 a month on annual ($39 monthly) if you will submit yourself. Free starter exists. Rank Tracker Small Business is $14 a month weekly on annual. Grids start at $10. Do not stack all of them because the pricing page told you they unbundle.
Do not buy it as a monthly listings hose. That is Moz Local at $20. Do not buy Reputation Builder if you only needed Google asks. That is NiceJob at $75. Do not buy SEO Services ($499 or $1,999 a month, waitlisted) if you are an agency. They refuse agencies on that SKU.
The reason not to buy is the clock, and they print it. Listings FAQ, live August 25, 2026: four to six weeks, first weeks are queue with no work done, about 30 percent of submissions live when the report goes out, no live-listing guarantee, some directories take more than a year. Darren’s own tests, still cited in this industry, showed adding a pile of citations on an already-complete profile did not move Google. Local Search Forum and G2 (Wayback 2021; live HTML DataDome 403) are agencies: LCF sometimes says not listed when you are. Terms: software auto-renews, no refunds, no pro-rata. BBB A+, not accredited, zero reviews, zero complaints (live curl). Trustpilot live HTML was WAF 403; jina read 4.0 from three, two from November 2025. Capterra has no product page. Reddit: none retrieved.
The verdict
G2 about 4.6 from 21 (indexed; LCF 19). Score has sat at 4.6 since at least August 2021 Wayback (18 reviews). TrustRadius live: Rank Tracker 7.8 from 7, Citation Finder 10 from 1; bodies are 2015 to 2022 incentivized. Reviewers are SEO shops, not trades owners. Closest dental signal is a 2018 G2 agency serving multi-provider medical.
Official list August 25, 2026: Listings Premium $399 one-time. Citation Finder from $33 a month annual. Directories that still print Basic $199 or LCF from $20 are stale. Do not use them. $4 and $5 per citation are on a 2021 blog, not the current listings page.
Solid. If you needed NAP pushed on a monthly feed, Moz Local. If you needed a rank grid plus a citation desk in one BrightLocal login, that is the other door, at $41 plus $3.20 a site. Pay Whitespark once if you want the logins, and calendar six weeks.
