What it actually does
Weave is the office phone system for small healthcare. VoIP, two-way SMS on the practice number, payments, scheduling pop, and PMS hooks. Missed Call Text is a named feature in the $199 Base Plan: missed call, auto SMS, conversation stays on the office line. Weave Reviews texts Google and Facebook asks. AI Receptionist (voice and messaging) is early access after Weave bought TrueLark in May 2025 for $35.9 million. Text Connect is website-to-SMS, not a chatbot. That is the 2026 product. It is not Podium. It is not Smith.ai sitting on top of your existing carrier. There is no Jobber, Housecall Pro, or ServiceTitan page. Home-services copy on the site is leftover. Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and Open Dental are native. Mindbody and Clio are not the ICP.
Who should buy it
Buy it if you are a dentist, optometrist, vet, or specialty clinic and you will rip out Comcast or the old PBX. Call-pop plus two-way text on the office number is why G2 is still 4.6. Base is $199 a month. Coordinate and Attract bundles are $149 each. Pro, Elite, Ultimate, extra phones, SMS overage, card rates, and setup are Custom. Software Advice still says contact sales for the rest.
Do not buy it if you are a plumber, HVAC shop, salon, or law firm. Pricing tabs are Dental, Vet, Medical, Optometry only. We retrieved zero trades review bodies. That is a Numa-style miss for those shops, not a skip for a dentist.
The reason not to buy, even for a dentist, is cancel. Terms, May 4, 2026: cancellation is not effective until all numbers are ported out, and they keep billing until then. Cancel too early and you can lose the number. Trustpilot 2026: porting outages of one to two weeks. If the Order has a term, you owe the rest of it. Annual and longer auto-renew unless you give 60 days’ notice. No refunds. Leased phones: 10-day return or full retail. Utah law, JAMS, class-action waiver. Software Advice support sub-score is 3.9. Q2 2026: support as a share of revenue is falling via AI and self-serve.
The verdict

Trustpilot about 4.4 from 603. BBB not accredited; 14 complaints in 12 months, failure to respond to 16. TrustRadius 7.9 from eight. Reddit: none retrieved.
Official floor August 25, 2026: $199 a month. Old $249, $399, $500, and $750 setup are not on the live plans page. Do not use them. FY2025 revenue over locations implies about $534 ARPU. That is not list price.
Situational. A dentist replacing the phone can buy it and still hate the port clause. A plumber should not. If you only needed Google asks, NiceJob. If you needed a receptionist on the phone you already have, Smith.ai. If you needed missed-call without ripping the PBX, Podium is the other custom quote.
